We have just added our Breathing Mechanism to the Reborn Custom Order forms for those wanting to have their baby to include a realistic breathing motion.
They currently start in the 18" size babies and are available up to 23" size babies, with the toddler and child sizes will be available soon.

The Breathing Mechanism is a box that is inserted into the cloth body of your baby, and when operated makes the chest rise and fall to resemble a baby breathing.
A belly plate can be place on top of the body if you want a plate on your baby.
Here is a little test video we did during the designing so you have a visual idea of what to expect. (please note this is not the final product)

We just love the idea of the neck rings and plugs but unfortunately they only come in a couple of sizes 🙁 so we had the idea of using our 3D printer to create a plug and ring in every size to fit every doll 🙂
We have found that each limb is slightly different so having them in all sizes enables us to get the correct fit for each limb and head size.
So from now on ALL my dolls will have our custom made rings and plugs applied.
The rings make it so much easier to rotate the limbs and head making posing your baby in the perfect position a breeze.

Reborn baby girl Sky Lynn has her box packing done for her mum. She is the 19" Ember by Tasha Edenholm doll kit, she has 3/4 arms and legs and a cuddly cloth body.
Her mum wanted her to be a bald baby, so I have painted her scalp with a mottling effect to add realism to her.
She is going home with lots of goodies, for her mum to unbox.
