Just wanted to let everybody know we have just added a few new simulation options to our Custom Order reborn doll foms.

We have also added a "details" tab to the custom ordering form, which has more detailed ordering information.

Latest range of simulation devices for reborn dolls now include:
Realistic Breathing Mechanism:
Breathing mechanism custom order reborn
A realistic Breathing Simulation Mechanism can be added to your custom order reborn doll, they are available for custom order dolls between the size of an 18" reborn baby, all the way up to toddler sized reborn dolls.
Our Breathing Mechanism accurately simulates a real babies breathe, and can be easily felt when your hand is resting on the chest.

Beating Heart Simulator
Heart simulation custom order reborn
A realistic heart beat can also be added to your custom order reborn doll, between the size of an 11" preemie baby, all the way up to toddler sized reborn dolls.
Beating hearts accurately simulates a real babies beating heart and can be easily felt when your hand is resting on the chest.

Realistic Baby Sounds:

Realistic baby sounds can be added to your custom order reborn doll, between the size of a 15" baby, all the way up to toddler sized reborn dolls.
The baby sound module accurately simulates the sounds of a real baby, using high quality recordings of a real baby.

The Universal tripod mount adapts to any size tripod – 1/8" & 1/4" (removable screw), so all you need is your own tripod to use this version of the RDC.

Breathing Mechanism now available on the Custom Order forms

We have just added our Breathing Mechanism to the Reborn Custom Order forms for those wanting to have their baby to include a realistic breathing motion.
They currently start in the 18" size babies and are available up to 23" size babies, with the toddler and child sizes will be available soon.

The Breathing Mechanism is a box that is inserted into the cloth body of your baby, and when operated makes the chest rise and fall to resemble a baby breathing.
A belly plate can be place on top of the body if you want a plate on your baby.

Here is a little test video we did during the designing so you have a visual idea of what to expect. (please note this is not the final product)

Sneak Peak – Baby Breathing Mechanism by SMN

Hi Guys, I just wanted to share with you all, our first working prototype of our Reborn Breathing Mechanism. We are not ready to release it just yet but wanted to show you what it will kind of look like breathing. It still has changes to be done but please let us know what you all think 🙂

Custom made Plugs and Ring for your reborn kits.

We have just launched our range of 3D printed Plugs and Rings for your doll kit.
Reborn doll rings are used to enable the head and limbs to rotate more easily on the cloth body, allowing for better posing of your dolls. It also enables you to tightly secure the head and limbs with cable ties making it less likely for them to fall off. All rings are flesh coloured to look more natural and be invisible behind the body.
The SMN custom made reborn doll plugs are used to cap the head and limbs of a filled / weighted reborn doll. They keep your soft stuffing securely in place and makes the vinyl firmer so you can tighten your cable tie more than you can without the plugs.

SMN Rings & Plugs are available to suit ALL doll sizes from Preemie Babies to Child Size reborn dolls.
