Neck Flange Adapter

This adapter is used when you want to use a cloth body instead of the vinyl torso but the head has no neck flange.
This adaptor sits inside the head and allows you to attach the cloth body as normal.
All rings are flesh coloured to look more natural and be less visible behind the body.
Suits Berenguer dolls and others.
