How long does delivery take / when will my order arrive?
Your order will be dispatch within 1-7 business days of receipt of full payment.
Please then allow 2-5 days for delivery with Australia, 3-15 days if you are outside Australia.
If your order does not arrive within that time, please feel free to Contact Us and we will immediately work on rectifying the situation.
How much does delivery cost to my location?
Postage is charged at standard Australia Post rates and is calculated during the checkout process in the shopping cart. You will be able to view applicable postage and handling charges prior to payment. No surprises!
Do you allow Pick ups?
Yes we offer local pickup.
Arrangements need to be made 24 hours in advance.
All orders are boxed up for quick and easy doorstep pickup from Montrose VIC.
(We don’t allow viewing or feeling of Dolls or tours of the work areas)
Can I have a FREE reborn doll?
No, We do not give out free dolls, unless we are doing a give away competition.
What is your cheapest doll?
The cheapest custom order doll would be the 7″ doll range.
How much are Custom Order Dolls?
All doll prices are calculated using the “Custom Order Forms” according to your selections made.
How long does it take to create/complete a Custom Order Doll?
All time frames are stated on the “custom ordering forms“.
Do you do Silicone dolls?
We have our own range of Silicone kits available and soon will be offering fully painted silicone babies.
